MY THOUGHTS
First off, I completely missed the part where it was stated that this was a M/M romance. So imagine the surprise I got about 10 minutes into listening?! It is all okay though, just was caught off guard. Once I got past my surprise, I was able to enjoy the book. Obviously being a short story, it was very fast paced, but I thought it was a good story. Even as open and tolerant as society has gotten today, there are still a LOT of these little towns where there is not a same-sex couple. You get to see some of the feelings revolving around this issue, and that was nice to see. I think that Kerry Adrienne did a good job with this story. :-)
